Sid Vinyard is Chairman of Houston Technology – International which he founded in 2011, & serves as the Asia & Middle East Venture Partner Director at Climate Impact Capital.
Headquartered in Singapore, Bahrain, and the USA, with involvement in Thailand, Malaysia, India, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar & Europe, the two firms collaborate on sourcing & evaluating new & disruptive technology for major International energy companies engaged in the energy transition
From 2010-2017 Vinyard served on The Board of Directors of Houston Technology Center in Texas, which was founded in 1998 as a non-profit community organization to foster regional economic development. HTC supported start-up companies specific to Energy Technology, Life Sciences, & IT, including a NASA collaboration, & helped raise $2.8 Billion to assist 300+ start-ups.
Vinyard previously owned a software development company whose product was Globally licensed by a US Fortune 500 company, & a large US travel & transportation company. He continues to actively identify new & disruptive energy-focused technologies through an established global network.
